Zusammenfassung:	An assembly including a tool (1) and packaging (2) for accommodating the tool (1). The tool (1) includes at least one machining head (3) for machining a workpiece (4), in particular a dental workpiece (4), by a machining unit (5), and a clamping portion (6) for securing the tool (1) in a chuck (7) of the machining unit (5) while the workpiece (4) is being machined. The tool (1) can be repeatedly removed from and placed back in the packaging (2), with the packaging (2) being provided with at least one securing device (11) for fastening the packaging (2) in a temporary tool magazine (12) of the machining unit (5).
