The apparatus comprises part identification means for identifying an inspection part of the subject based on prediction results of the first and second prediction means. Based on a learning model trained in advance using a plurality of images of training data including subjects similar to the subject, the second prediction means is arranged to output the position/orientation information regarding the subject.
