Zusammenfassung:An optical multi-fiber connector (1) to be received in a port structure of a telecommunication enclosure comprises a main body (100) having an interior passageway (110) extending from a first end (101) to a second end (102) of the main body, the interior passageway (110) being configured to receive a multi-fiber optic cable. The optical multi-fiber connector (1) further comprises a ferrule assembly (10) terminating the multi-fiber optic cable, and a port adaptor (200) to be received in the port structure of the telecommunication enclosure. The port adaptor (200) comprises a cavity (210) to receive at least a portion of the main body (100). The optical multi-fiber connector (1) comprises an MPO shell (20) fixed to the port adaptor (200), wherein the ferrule assembly (10) protrudes from the MPO shell (20).
