The balance weight (133a) is disposed on the first end surface (E1) or the second end surface (E2). The partition (133b, 133s) is disposed on the first end surface (E1) or the second end surface (E2). The rotor (132) has a through hole (132p) extending from the first end surface (E1) to the second end surface (E2). The partition (133b, 133s) divides from the through hole (132p) at least one of a front region (Q1) located in front of a front edge of the balance weight (133a) in a rotational direction of the rotor (132) or a rear region (Q2) located behind a rear edge of the balance weight (133a) in the rotational direction of the rotor (132).
