Zusammenfassung:	There is provided a cut-off tool comprising: a housing, an arbor, a cutting disk, a blade guard, a retaining clip and a detent mechanism. The arbor is supported by the housing for relative movement therewith. The cutting disk is attachable to the arbor. The blade guard surrounds an upper portion of the cutting disk. The retaining clip secures the blade guard to the housing. The detent mechanism is between the blade guard and the retaining clip. The detent mechanism selectively holds the blade guard in one of a plurality of positions relative to the housing.
