Zusammenfassung:	A method of manufacturing a flux-cored wire includes filling an inside of a steel sheet with a flux while forming the steel sheet into a cylindrical shape, joining both ends of the steel sheet to form a steel pipe, and rolling and annealing the steel pipe to obtain the flux-cored wire, a chemical composition of the flux-cored wire is within a predetermined range, and a Sn content, a Sb content, a W content, and a Mo content satisfy a relationship of Sn+Sb>Mo+W. A flux-cored wire according to another aspect of the invention is manufactured by the method of manufacturing a flux-cored wire. A method of manufacturing a welded joint according to another aspect of the invention includes welding using a flux-cored wire which is manufactured by the method of manufacturing a flux-cored wire.
