Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a device to approximate multiple tissue edges (70a,b), the device comprising a clip (140), and an elongate member (122), wherein the elongate member connects the clip to an actuation device attached to a proximal end of the elongate member, wherein the clip is attached to a distal end of the elongate member and configured to be delivered to an access site through a working lumen of an endoscope (10), wherein the clip comprises a plurality of jaws (142a, b) each having a first end and a second end, the plurality of jaws being coupled at the first ends, and a fixed element (124) located between the jaws, wherein each jaw may be moved with respect to the fixed element from an open configuration to a closed configuration, the open configuration being a configuration where the second end of the jaw is located away from the fixed element and the closed configuration being a configuration where the second end of the jaw mates with the fixed element to grasp one or more tissue edges between the jaw the fixed element, wherein the clip is configured to be released from the elongate member. |
