Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a prosthesis system for complete or partial implantation in a human body. The problem addressed by the invention is that of providing a possibility for generating absent or misdirected neural feedback again and in a a complementary manner following implantation of an endoprosthesis. The problem is addressed by a prosthesis system (1) consisting of a prosthesis (2) and a housed secondary electromagnetic converter coil (6) which is physically separate from the prosthesis (2), acts as a bioelectric converter and has coil ends (8). A primary electromagnetic converter (3) with a directly coupled primary electromagnetic converter (4) for converting mechanical energy into electromagnetic waves (5), said mechanical energy being caused by a change of movement and load acting on or in the prosthesis (2), is arranged in the endoprosthesis (2), and the coil ends (8) physically separate therefrom of the secondary electromagnetic converter coil (6) converting the electromagnetic waves (5) into electric signals are arranged as electrodes in a ceramic or plastic-based moulded body (7) provided with open pores. |
