Zusammenfassung:	A gasket is formed to have a smaller area to improve sealing, while ensuring a given seal distance, and can be easily positioned. Also, a refrigeration cycle apparatus using the gasket is provided. The gasket is provided at a connection portion where passages through which fluid flows are connected with each other. The gasket is formed of a plate having a hole that causes the passages to communicate with each other. The gasket includes: a positioning portion that is provided close to the hole, and positions along with a bolt, the gasket; and a punched portion that is provided between the hole and the positioning portion, and extends through the plate. The positioning portion has an arc shape that conforms to part of a circumference of the bolt.
