The end effector (240) has an active element. A touch sensitive activation area (244) is positioned on at least one of the body (222) or the shaft assembly (230). The touch sensitive activation area (244) comprises a sensor (245) configured to receive a touch input and the touch sensitive activation area (244) is configured to activate the active element of the end effector (240) in response to the sensor (245) receiving a touch input.
