Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a device for centring a belt reel (4), wherein same can be supported by a flat outer side on a flat horizontal support (e.g. 1) of the device in an input region of the support. The device comprises a stop (e.g. 12) arranged above the support surface for the loose supported belt reel (4). The stop is provided with side walls (14) which are perpendicular to the support surface, V-shaped and open towards the input region, and which form stop surfaces for the belt reel (4). The support can be shifted relative to the stop in such a way that the belt reel (4) moves between the side walls. In this way, the belt reel (4) can easily be quickly and securely centred.
