The rotation mechanism connects a left vehicle body and a right vehicle body of the electric self-balancing vehicle, and comprises a rotary shaft (40), a sleeve ring (41) and a bearing (42), wherein the sleeve ring (41) is fixedly connected to one side of the rotary shaft (40), the bearing (42) is sheathed on the other side of the rotary shaft (40), and an outer edge of the sleeve ring (41) is provided with a limiting part (411) protruding outwardly at a position of the outer edge of the sleeve ring (41). Also disclosed is an electric self-balancing vehicle, comprising the rotation mechanism (4). The rotation mechanism of an electric self-balancing vehicle has a firm and reliable structure, operates smoothly, is convenient to install, and is durable.
