Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to an injector (1) for injecting fuel, comprising a seat plate (2) with a throttle bore, a valve insert (4) which is arranged on one of the flat faces of the seat plate (2), a valve guide (5) for receiving the valve insert (4), a nozzle needle (6) which is arranged on the valve insert (4) side opposite the seat plate (2), a valve chamber for receiving fuel, said valve chamber (7) being delimited by the seat plate (2) and the valve insert (4) and running to the throttle bore of the seat plate (2), a control chamber (8) for receiving fuel, said control chamber (8) being delimited by the valve insert (4) and the nozzle needle (6), and a first line (9) which connects the control chamber (8) and the valve chamber (7) together. The invention is characterized in that the injector (1) has a second line (10) which connects the control chamber (8) and the valve chamber (7) together.
