Zusammenfassung:	An anti-fogging and anti-fouling laminate including: a substrate; a primer layer; and an anti-fogging and anti-fouling layer having a flat surface,wherein an average thickness of the primer layer is 0.5 µm or more,the anti-fogging and anti-fouling layer has pencil hardness of 2H or harder, a coefficient of kinetic friction of 0.4 or less, and an average thickness of 20 µm or more,the anti-fogging and anti-fouling layer is a cured product of an active energy ray curable resin composition,the active energy ray curable resin composition includes a hydrophilic monomer in a predetermined amount and a hydrophobic monomer in a predetermined amount, andthe active energy ray curable resin composition further includes a UV absorber having no triazine structure and a radical scavenger having a pkb of 9.0 or less in predetermined amounts.
