Zusammenfassung:	A forming device 10 includes a nozzle 44 which is disposed at an end portion 14a of a metal pipe material 14 and supplies a first high-pressure gas G1 to an inside 14c of the metal pipe material 14 via an opening 14b of the end portion 14a. The nozzle 44 includes a surrounding portion 94 that surrounds an outer peripheral surface 14f of the end portion 14a and at which an annular groove portion 99 is formed on an inner peripheral surface 94a facing the outer peripheral surface 14f, an annular sealing member 97 disposed in the groove portion 99, and an operating portion 98 at which a pressurizing force that pressurizes the sealing member 97 toward the outer peripheral surface 14f is generated.
