Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a method, a device and a computer-readable storage medium with instructions for controlling a display of an augmented-reality head-up display device for a motor vehicle. A graphics generator (10) generates a navigation marking for analogic contact on the display by means of the augmented reality head-up display device. A reference object can also be determined (11) by means of suitable methodology. The graphics generator (12) also generates a reference marking for a display using the augmented reality head-up display device. The navigation marking and the reference marking are finally outputted (13) for display by the augmented reality head-up display device to a control unit of the augmented reality head-up display device.
