An electrically insulated substrate (116), which is defined by power lines and communication lines, is disposed inside the vibration-enhancing haptic channel (115). Unobtrusive and wear-resistant haptic actuators (120) are connected to the electrically insulated substrate (116) and disposed to be in haptic communication with inner portions of the first or second top surface (113, 114) of the seat belt webbing, through the vibration- enhancing haptic channel. |
