Zusammenfassung:A system for closing a puncture, the system comprising:an elongate member having a positioning element on a distal portion thereof;a sealant;a handle comprising an outer housing and an inner frame moveable relative to the outer housing; anda deployment actuator coupled to the outer housing, the deployment actuator having a locked position in which actuation of the deployment actuator is prevented and an unlocked position in which the deployment actuator is actuatable;wherein the deployment actuator is provided in the locked position and is moveable to the unlocked position upon application of tension to the elongate member.
