Zusammenfassung:	An intervertebral device is disclosed, comprising an intervertebral spacer, a screw and a retaining plate. The spacer comprises a) an anterior wall having an anterior surface, and a hole extending from the anterior surface; b) a posterior wall; and c) first and second side walls connecting the anterior and posterior walls. The screw is adapted to be received in the hole. The retaining plate is slidably mounted to the anterior surface of the spacer in a first and a second slidable position, and has a hole. In the first slidable position, the hole of the plate aligns with the hole of the spacer to allow passage of the screw therethrough. In the second slidable position, the hole of the plate mis-aligns with the hole of the spacer to prevent back out of the screw.
