Zusammenfassung:	An electronic device may comprise a camera, a sensor circuit, a memory, and a processor configured to obtain a plurality of first images including a region of interest (ROI) based on a first frame rate using the camera, detect a movement of the electronic device using the sensor circuit, identify a threshold related to a movement of the ROI based on the movement of the electronic device, wherein the threshold related to a movement of the ROI is identified as a first threshold, and the threshold related to the movement of the ROI is identified as a second threshold larger than the first threshold, obtain a plurality of second images based on a second frame rate larger than the first frame rate in response to an object moving at the first threshold or the second threshold in the ROI, and provide a video related to the object.
