In particular, the invention relates to a concentrated food supplement in the form of an oral spray, containing a combination of magnesium ions, panthenol (vitamin B5), caffeine, menthol aroma and/or peppermint aroma, and a humectant. The food supplement is particularly suited for use in sport and in stressful situations.
