Zusammenfassung:	An apparatus for securing a data transfer between a protected automation system and a network. The apparatus comprises a local controllable user interface coupled with the protected automation system. The local controllable user interface comprises a first state and a second state. The local controllable user interface within the first state is configured to enable a unidirectional data transfer from the protected automation system to the network and to disable the data transfer from the network to the protected automation system. The local controllable user interface, when set to the second state by a physical contact of a user, is configured to enable at least the data transfer from the network to the protected automation system.
