Zusammenfassung:A method of repairing a superalloy component (10, 10-1, 10-2, 10-3, 10-4, 10-5, 10-7, 10-8, 10-9) includes subjecting the superalloy component, including a repair area (20), to a phase agglomeration cycle (130), which includes stepped heating and controlled cooling of the component. The method (100) further includes applying weld material (25) to the repair area (20) to create a weld surface (12, 26); and covering the weld surface (12, 26) with brazing material (25). The component is then subjected to a braze cycle (220) to produce a brazed component (10-3). The brazed component (10-3) is cleaned, and the cleaned component is subjected to a restorative heat treatment to restore the microcrystalline structure and mechanical properties of the component.
