Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a device for treating containers, comprising a container treating station (1), a transport track (2) and a carrier element (3) for receiving at least one container (4), which can be moved along the transport track (2) by a transport element (5a, 5b), wherein a segment (2a) of the transport track (2) is designed such that the segment can be moved together with a carrier element (3), such that the container (4) received on the carrier element (3) can be introduced into the container treating station (1) for container treatment by the movement of the segment (2a). The invention further relates to a method for treating containers.
