Zusammenfassung:	A metering apparatus (1) for metering ingredients of compounds, in particular for tyres, comprises a storage container (2), a shutter body (15) housed in an outlet opening (11) of the storage container (2), a stirrer (27) and at least one scraping surface (Rl), for example counter-shaped with respect to a spherical shutter surface (16) of the shutter body (15). According to a metering method, it is provided to at least partially open the outlet opening (11) and measure the weight of the ingredient collected in a collection station (35) to control the angular position of the shutter body (15) as a function of the weight of the ingredient collected in the collection station (35).
