VACUUM CLEANER

A vacuum cleaner (1) is disclosed comprising a cleaning nozzle (3), a motor (5), a fan (7) powered by the motor (5) so as to generate a negative pressure at the cleaning nozzle (3), a control assembly (9, 11) configured to control the power generated by the motor (5), and an actuator (13) connected to the control assembly (9, 11). The actuator (13) is movably arranged between at least two different positions (p1 - p4). The control assembly (9, 11) is configured to control the motor (5) to at least two different power levels based on the position (p1 - p4) of the actuator (13). The actuator (13) is movably arranged to a further position (p5), wherein the control assembly (9, 11) is configured to operate the motor (5) in an automatic mode when the actuator (13) is in the further position (p5).
