Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a unit (20) for the selection and pairing of a line of identified products that comprises: - a feed conveyor (26) of products to be selected; - temporary immobilisation means (66) of n products on the linear section of the feed conveyor (26), each in one of n longitudinal distinct positions (Pi) of arrival; - n controlled modules (50) for the selection of immobilised products, each by transversal ejection of a placed product in one of said n associated arrival positions; - an intermediate buffer reception and storage conveyor (28, 28-U, 28-D) of selected and ejected products; - a gripping and handling member (34) of selected products on the buffer 15 conveyor (28, 28-U, 28-D); - a station for the reception of selected and gripped products housed in a tray (90). The invention in particular applies to the automated preparation of orders of products necessary to mount pairs of eyeglasses.
