Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a pick-up device for picking up at least one watercraft (2), in particular a pick-up device for a boat (2) on board a mother ship (1). Two inclined conveyor units (5.l, 5.r) of a conveying device each provide a conveyor surface (FO.l, FO.r) pointing upward and inclined with respect to the horizontal. The two inclined conveyor units (5.l, 5.r) are arranged beside each other and form a V. The respective angle of inclination of each conveyor surface (FO.l, FO.r) with respect to the horizontal can be changed. A conveyor drive drives the two inclined conveyor units (5.l, 5.r). The driven inclined conveyor units (5.l, 5.r) are capable of pulling a watercraft (2) that is to be picked up out of the water and of lifting the watercraft onto a ramp (3) rising obliquely.
