Zusammenfassung:	A bicycle locking system comprising a locking arrangement attached to a bicycle, the locking arrangement having first lock that is adapted to lock the bicycle to a docking station and a second lock that is adapted to block a wheel of the bicycle, characterized in that the locking system is adapted to bring said first lock into or out of a state in which it is ready to lock to said docking station and simultaneously bring said second lock into or out of a state in which it is ready to block said wheel.
