Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for producing a pressure-sensitive adhesive mass on the basis of solid acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber, said pressure-sensitive adhesive mass containing 30 to 160 phr adhesive resin, in a planetary roller extruder, which has a filling part and a compounding part, the compounding part consisting of at least two coupled roller cylinders, wherein a) the solid acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber, a first adhesive resin fraction in the form of 10 to less than 100 phr adhesive resin, and optionally further components are introduced into the filling part of the planetary roller extruder, b) the components are transferred from the filling part into the compounding part, c) a second adhesive resin fraction and optionally further components are added in the second roller cylinder of the compounding part or a roller cylinder downstream thereof, d) optionally, a further adhesive resin fraction and optionally further components are added in at least one further roller cylinder downstream, and e) the resulting pressure-sensitive adhesive mass, as defined above, is discharged, characterized in that the wall temperature of the roller cylinders and the temperature of the central spindle of the planetary roller extruder are each less than 140 °C. The first adhesive resin fraction can alternatively also be added in the first roller cylinder of the compounding part. |
