Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a secondary miniature battery (100) having a nominal capacity of ≤ 1000 mAh, which secondary miniature battery comprises a housing (101), which is closed liquid-tight and which has two base parts (102, 103) arranged parallel to each other and four side parts (104, 105, 106, 107). The shortest distance between a point on the outside of the first base part (102) and a point on the outside of the second base part (103) is only 1.5 to 5 mm. An electrochemical cell (108) having a positive electrode (109) and a negative electrode (110) is arranged in the housing (101), to which electrode(s) a first electrical conductor (111) and/or a second electrical conductor (112) is connected. One of the side parts (106) is designed as a plastic part and is integrally bonded to the housing parts (102, 103, 104, 105) adjoining said side part, which housing parts consist of a metal or a metal alloy. At least one of the conductors (111, 112) is fed out of the housing (101) through the side part (106). During the production of the miniature battery (100), in order to form the side part (106), the conductor (111) and/or the conductor (112) is positioned in a tool in such a way that a non-terminal portion (111a, 112a) of the one or more conductors (111, 1112) comes into contact with a plastic or a plastic precursor and is surrounded by said plastic or plastic precursor. After the electrical contacting of the electrodes (109, 110) and the conductors (111, 112), the cell (108) is inserted into a housing (113). In order to close the housing (113), the side part (106) is integrally bonded to the housing parts (102, 103, 104, 105) adjoining said side part. |
