Zusammenfassung:	In an underpants-shaped absorbent article (1), a lower end portion of a front waist portion (20) does not include an inclined elastic member. A front-end-portion fixed portion (51) is provided in an upper end portion on a front side, and fixes each of leak-proof wall portions (40) in a manner that the leak-proof wall portion (40) is not capable of rising up. A back-end-portion fixed portion (52) is provided in an upper end portion on a back side, and fixes each of the leak-proof wall portions (40) in a manner that the leak-proof wall portion (40) is not capable of rising up. An intermittent fixed portion (53) is provided at a position spaced apart in the vertical direction, and fixes each of the leak-proof wall portions (40) to a skin-side sheet (12). In a state where the underpants-shaped absorbent article (1) is unfolded and stretched in the vertical direction, a vertical center of the intermittent fixed portion (53) is on a front-waist-portion side with respect to a vertical center of the underpants-shaped absorbent article (1).
