Zusammenfassung:	The device has outer elements formed as actuation areas, lighting surfaces (4) and/or covering plates, which comprise electrically powered integrated lamps for radiation of light outward. The actuation areas, the lighting surfaces and/or the covering plates are completely or partially associated with electrical installation elements by stimulable lighting pigments of associated lighting units (5) and/or associated alloying elements with stimulable lighting pigments. The lighting units are formed by LED lamps. The lighting pigments are formed by inorganic luminescence pigments as wax granules for extrusion with polar or non-polar thermoplastic polymers. The lighting surface is formed as a photoconductive element.
