Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to an assembly (1) for securing replaceable units (4) to a wall, said assembly comprising: a rack (2), intended to be directly or indirectly secured to a wall; at least one replaceable unit (4); reversible connection means (5) between the replaceable unit (4) and the rack (2); and a cover frame (3) for the rack (2), intended to be secured to the outside of the rack (2). According to the invention, the reversible connection means (5) consist of at least two pairs of flexible elements (51) and retaining projections (52), and the cover frame (3) has locking tabs (31) provided adjacent to the flexible elements (51), so as to prevent the deformation of the flexible elements (51), and thus to lock the replaceable unit (4) in the rack (2).
