Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a moisture exchange module (8) for a fuel cell system (1), comprising a housing (17) having at least one first inlet opening (11) and a first outlet opening (12) for a first gas stream, in particular an exhaust gas stream of the fuel cell system (1), and at least one second inlet opening (11) and a second outlet opening (13) for a second gas stream, in particular fresh air. In the housing (17), a cylindrical hollow-fiber membrane (18) is arranged, which is assigned to the first inlet opening (11) and to the second outlet opening (13) in such a way that the first gas stream can axially flow through the hollow fiber membrane (18), wherein the second inlet opening (16) and the second outlet opening (13) are arranged in such a way that the second gas stream radially crosses the first gas stream. According to the invention, coaxially to and within the hollow fiber membrane (18), a bypass channel (15) for the second gas stream extends such that the second gas stream that radially crosses the first gas stream also ends up in the bypass channel (15). The invention further relates to a fuel cell system (1), in particular for a motor vehicle.
