Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a measuring device for a lid for covering a container for storing a substance. The measuring device comprises at least one device sensor which is designed to provide device information about the movement of the measuring device relative to the container. The measuring device comprises at least one content sensor which is designed to detect substance-sensor data relating toa substance in the container, and at least one communication unit which is designed to transmit the data via a communication network. According to the invention, the measuring device comprises a control unit which is designed to facilitate the content sensor to detect substance-sensor data and to facilitate the communication unit to transmit the substance-sensor data and/or data derived therefrom, depending on the device information.
