A system for providing recommendations to the user based on genetic data and / or data on a composition of the intestinal microbiota comprises a primary data acquisition unit configured to obtain the user's genetic data and / or user's intestinal microbiota data; a quality control unit configured to check the quality of the user's genetic data and the user's intestinal microbiota data obtained by the primary data acquisition unit, wherein the genetic data includes single nucleotide polymorphisms, and the microbiota data includes reads; a unit for population analysis of a user configured to determine paternal and maternal haplogroups, the population composition of the user based on his/her genetic data; a unit for taxonomic analysis of microbiota data, performed with an ability to classify metagenomic risks; a disease risk determination unit configured to determine the protection against diseases, as well as mutation testing for the presence of pathogenic alleles and disease status evaluation, a trait detection unit configured to determine states of the user traits by reducing the trait dependency graph; a unit for generating recommendations to the user, configured to form a recommendation to the user based on the data of the disease risk determination unit and the trait determination unit.The technical result is the accuracy increase of recommendations to the user based on his/her genetic data and data on the composition of the intestinal microbiota. |
