Zusammenfassung:	The disclosure includes a method of using a biomass extraction and centrifugation system to continuously extract and centrifuge biomass. In some embodiments, the method includes sending a first portion of biomass from a biomass feed tank into a first vessel of a plurality of vessels and sending a first portion of solvent from a solvent feed tank into the first vessel, and holding the first portion of biomass and the first portion of solvent in the first vessel for a predetermined amount of time, whereby a first slurry comprises the first portion of biomass and the first portion of solvent. In some embodiments, the method also includes extracting at least a portion of a biomass extraction from the first slurry, and separating, via a centrifuge, the first slurry into a first extract discharge and a first waste discharge.
