More specifically, the present invention provides cosmetic and pharmaceutical compositions, each of which contains, as an active ingredient, a composite extract of an aloe extract and an upland rice extract, leading to excellent moisturizing, anti-inflammatory, and atopy alleviating effects, and thus can be favorably used for prevention, alleviation, and treatment of a skin disease.
