The first bulging portion (25A) is formed along an outer periphery of the second pulley (25) to bulge outward in a radial direction of the second pulley (25) at a center of the second pulley (25) in an axial direction of the second pulley (25). The belt (24) is stretched between the first pulley (23) and the first bulging portion (25A). The pressing portion (28A) presses an outer peripheral surface of the belt (24) at a center of the belt (24) in a width direction of the belt (24).
