The kit includes a feeder sleeve neck, a first continuous sidewall and a second continuous sidewall. The second continuous sidewall is sized to be received on a mounting surface provided on the feeder sleeve neck, and the first continuous sidewall is sized to be received within the second continuous sidewall. The kit enables the construction of modular feeder sleeves which can be tailored in size and shape according to the desired application.
