Zusammenfassung:	A loading device for an automated guided vehicle, and a control method, device, and system for the same, pertaining to the field of logistics. The loading device comprises: a loading transport platform (01) and a control assembly. The loading transport platform (01) comprises an item-carrying table (011) and a driver driving the item-carrying table (011) to move. The item-carrying table (011) is provided with an item feed port (A) and an item discharge port (B). The control assembly controls, by means of the driver, the item-carrying table (011) to transport an item (13) from the item feed port (A) to the item discharge port (B), and transfers the item (13) from the item discharge port (B) to a transport vehicle (12), thereby achieving automatic loading of items.
