Zusammenfassung:	A straddled vehicle includes a radiator 8 arranged forward relative to an internal combustion engine 7, and an ECU 9 arranged sideward of the internal combustion engine 7. At least a portion of a tubular air passage 110 through which the air for cooling the ECU 9 passes is formed between a support cover 80 supporting the ECU 9 and an outer cover 60. A front cover 30, an upper cover 40 and an under cover 50 form a groove portion 90, which extends rearward from a front end portion 91 located upward and forward relative to the radiator 8 and is depressed inward in the vehicle width direction. An inlet opening 96 that communicates with the air passage 110 is formed in the groove portion 90.
