The adhesive composition comprises at least one thermoplastic silane group containing poly-α-olefin P that is solid at a temperature of 25°C and at least one reaction product RP of at least one monoisocyanate Ml with at least one isocyanate reactive silane SI containing one isocyanate reactive group selected from the group consisting of a hydroxyl group, mercapto group and amino group.The invention is also related to the use of the adhesive composition as an assembly adhesive, laminating adhesive, or as adhesive for building of sandwich elements, to a method for producing a composite element, and to a composite element.
