Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a method and a filling body (1) for filling a container (100) with a filling product, comprising a mouth seal (2) for connecting the filling body (1) to the mouth (110) of the container (100) to be filled in a sealing manner, a filling product outlet (3) for introducing a filling product into the container (100) sealed to the filling body (1), a vacuum channel (5) for supplying the container (100) connected to the filling body (1) in a sealing manner with a vacuum and a flushing gas channel (4) for introducing a flushing gas into the container (100) connected to the filling body (1) in a sealing manner, a control system (6) being provided, which is designed to open the flushing gas channel (4) intermittently while the vacuum channel (5) is continuously open.
