Zusammenfassung:Electronic device comprising: touch screen display; input/output interface; communication circuit; memory; and processor configured to: modify screen configuration information associated with at least one of resolution, density, and orientation of a screen output if the electronic device is connected to an external display device through the input/output interface; determine a type of window for displaying an execution screen of a target application based on whether the target application supports resizing of a window for displaying the execution screen of the target application; configure first type of window resizable, based on modified screen configuration information and execution screen of the target application if the target application supports resizing, configure second type of window with a fixed size, based on modified screen configuration information and execution screen of the target application if the target application does not support resizing; and display the screen including the first or the second type of window.
