ELECTRONIC DEVICE HAVING A COOLING APPARATUS, AND ASSOCIATED ASSEMBLY METHOD

The invention relates to an electronic device, in particular a control device, which is arranged in a housing (1) and comprises a carrier plate (2). The housing (1) has at least a first housing part (3) and a second housing part (4) and accommodates a spring carrier (6) which is braced with the housing (1) and mechanically and thermally contacts the carrier plate (2) via at least a first plastic spring (7). According to the invention, the housing (1) has, on its outer surface, at least one first plug connector (8) in the form of a molding on the housing (1), at least a first contact-making element (10), which is connected to the carrier plate (2), is arranged in the at least first plug connector (8), and a heat sink (11) is in contact with the carrier plate (2), said heat sink being in the form of an insert in the at least first housing part (3). The result is a compact device with effective cooling and a favourable possibility for adaptation of a plug assembly to a predefined limited installation space.
