Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to an actuator (1) for a medium voltage circuit breaker. The actuator comprises at least one rotor (10, 80), at least one stator (40, 90), and at least one coil (70, 100). Each stator of the at least one stator is associated with a corresponding rotor of the at least one rotor. Each stator does not circumferentially completely encircle the rotor with which it is associated. Each coil of the at least one coil is associated with a stator of the at least one stator. Each coil is wound around at least a part of the stator with which it is associated.
