Zusammenfassung:	Static electricity generated due to contact of yarns with a metal member is suppressed during yarn threading in a yarn production system. A yarn production system in which yarns Y made of synthetic resin and spun out from a spinning apparatus are wound by a winding device includes: a metal member 32 which is used in yarn threading of threading the yarns Y spun out from the spinning apparatus to the winding device and members along a yarn path and makes contact with the yarns Y; and an insulator 33 which prevents static electricity generated in the metal member 32 due to contact with the yarns Y from escaping from the metal member 32 to a ground plane.
