Zusammenfassung:	The invention is related to a monitoring and treatment device which can perform micromolar measurements and screens the in vivo or in vitro neurotransmitter release and reuptake instantaneously in moving organisms in the study of brain diseases and intervenes when necessary. The microelectrode (7) signals increased by the amplifier circuit (1) are evaluated by the microprocessor (3) in the device and drug is injected to the measurement area with the pump system (5) for the deficient or excessive neurotransmitter.
